Description
A handmade wooden beer barrel mug.
This mug is Mande from a specially selected piece of wood.
The wood is first amounted in the lathe and the turned to the desired shape. The mug was then sanded to give a smooth tactile finish.
A piece of spalted sycamore was then selected to make the handle from. The handle was cut and sanded to shape and then attached to the completed mug.
The mug was then coated with two coats of a woodsafe finish that will seal and protect the wood so it is suitable for use as a beer mug.
