Painted rim ogee dish

Description

A handmade wooden ogee shaped dish with painted rim.

The bowl is made from a specially selected piece of lime wood that has been mounted on the lathe and then turned to shape.

The rim of the dish had then been decorated with a combination of pearlescent paints to create a unique effect.

The rim has then been finished with several coats of finish and then polished to create this beautiful dish.

The bowl is 17.5 cm wide with a 9cm wide bowl and is 4cm high.
